ARCHITECT / MODULAR DESIGN SPECIALIST
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an Architect & Modular Design Specialist to lead the design and development of innovative modular building systems. This role bridges architectural design and industrialised construction, focusing on creating efficient, scalable, and manufacturable housing solutions. You will play a key role in shaping how our modular systems are conceptualised, detailed, and delivered from design to construction readiness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead architectural design development for modular and prefabricated building systems
- Develop detailed design documentation suitable for manufacturing and construction
- Translate conceptual designs into buildable modular components and systems
- Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and fabrication teams to ensure design feasibility
- Produce 3D models, technical drawings, and presentation-quality visuals
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and project requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Professional degree in Architecture (or equivalent qualification)
- 3-7+ years of experience in architectural design (modular or industrialised construction experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong proficiency in Revit and SketchUp
- 3D modelling, technical detailing, and construction documentation
- Understanding of prefabrication, modular construction, or light steel framing systems
- Strong technical and spatial design ability with attention to detail
- Ability to work across design, engineering, and manufacturing teams

PROJECT MANAGER
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of innovative modular construction projects from planning through to completion. This role is responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all project phases are executed efficiently and to a high standard. You will act as the central point of communication between design, engineering, manufacturing, and site teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end delivery of modular construction projects
- Develop and maintain project programmes, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and fabrication teams
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with contracts, building regulations, and quality standards
- Manage procurement processes and supplier coordination
- Identify and mitigate project risks and delays
- Oversee site implementation and installation of modular systems
- Provide regular project reporting and updates
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management or related field
- 3-7+ years of experience in project management within construction or built environment
- Experience in modular construction, prefabrication, or residential developments
- Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and site execution
- Strong leadership and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong financial and cost management awareness
